What's Included in Our Lifetime Replacement Warranty?

If you are ever dissatisfied with your purchase due to mechanical malfunction, failure in material and/or poor workmanship, please get in contact immediately and we'll ship you a replacement without additional cost.
Please note that this is limited to one replacement per purchased product.

How to File a Claim.

Getting support is straightforward. Simply email us at support@kemfon.co.uk with the following:
  • Your full name
  • Your order information (order number and product name)
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence
Our team will take it from there.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day Money Back Promise on all purchases.
If you are unhappy with your purchase within 30 days after delivery, please get in contact with our team immediately for a full refund or exchange. 
You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days once issued. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@kemfon.co.uk.

How to File a Refund or an Exchange Claim.

  • Your full name
  • Your order information (order number and product name)
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence
  • Please also hang on to the product and we will still issue the refund

To complete a return, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. 

Please do not return your Amazon purchases directly to us. Please follow the Amazon marketplace return policy.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If applicable;
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Returns on purchases made via our website (kemfon.co.uk) and our digital shops (eBay and Tiktok) must be processed through us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items are non-returnable:
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
