Where Does This Warranty Apply?
To be eligible for our Lifetime Replacement Promise, your umbrella must have been purchased directly through one of our official channels:

- Our Amazon store
- Our eBay shop
- Our TikTok shop
Purchases made through unauthorised third-party retailers are not covered under this warranty.

How to Claim a Warranty Replacement
If your product has a defect in materials or workmanship, we'll send you a replacement completely free of charge. To get the process started, simply email us with:
- Your Order Confirmation or Order ID
- The Product Name or Title (especially helpful if you've placed multiple orders)
- A brief description of the issue, along with photos of any damage where applicable
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We stand behind every purchase with a hassle-free 30-day return policy on undamaged items. You can choose to receive:
- Store Credit — redeemable on any future Kemfon order
- An Exchange — swap for a different product of equal or lesser value
- A Full Refund — returned to your original payment method
Refunds and store credit are issued once your returned item has been received and inspected. For exchanges, your replacement item ships as soon as we've received the original, based on your initial exchange request.
Important Return & Exchange Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, please make sure:
- Items are returned in their original packaging
- Items show no signs of wear or use
- Exchanges are limited to one item per order, for a product of equal or lesser value
- Gift exchanges require a valid Order Number and are eligible for equal or lesser value or store credit
Please note: If you'd like to exchange for a higher-value item, we'll issue store credit for the difference in price.

How windproof is it? Will it flip inside out?
The umbrella is reinforced with 9 premium fiberglass and stainless-steel ribs, engineered to resist canopy inversion. The ribs flex with the wind rather than fighting it, helping prevent the canopy from flipping inside out in heavy rain and fierce winds.
What does the canopy protect against?
The premium waterproof canopy is engineered to shield against rain, hail, snow, and wind, making it suitable for all seasons and weather conditions.
How compact and lightweight is it?
It weighs just 397g and folds down to a compact 29cm, making it easy to slip into any backpack, handbag, luggage, or glove compartment without taking up significant space.
Does it truly open and close automatically with one hand?
Yes — it features automatic open and close functionality, allowing quick, convenient one-handed operation at the press of a button.
What accessories does it come with?
It comes complete with a wrist loop and a protective waterproof sleeve.
What is the canopy diameter when open?
The umbrella opens to a 42-inch (approximately 107cm) arc canopy, providing good coverage for one person or a couple whilst close together.
Is it suitable for both men and women?
Yes — its sleek design and ergonomic rubberised grip handle are styled to be gender-neutral and suitable for everyday commuters and travellers alike.
How should I care for and store it?
Wipe with a dry cloth and allow it to dry completely before folding it away. Store it in a dry place to avoid mildew or damage to the canopy fabric over time.
When will I get my order?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
UK orders will be delivered between 3 and 5 working days after being placed.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification when your order has been shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
